- Is BitList free?
- Yes. Free includes unlimited lists, sync, sharing, and collaboration, with up to 100 items and 50 MB of media storage. Pro includes unlimited items, 10 GB of media storage, and uploads of up to 100 MB per file.
- Where does BitList run?
- BitList works in desktop and tablet browsers, with a native app designed for iPhone and iPad. On a phone, use the native app for the full experience.
- Do I need an account?
- You can try BitList as a guest. Sign in to sync across devices, share lists, and collaborate.
- How do I cancel Pro?
- Open the Plan screen and select “Manage subscription.” Web subscriptions are managed through Stripe; subscriptions purchased on iPhone or iPad are managed through Apple. Pro remains active until the end of your subscription period. Your lists remain available on the Free plan.
- How do I delete my account?
- Settings, Account, Delete account. This permanently removes your account and every synced list. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
- Where is my data stored and who can see it?
- Guest lists live only in your browser. Signed-in lists are stored in the cloud under your account and are private unless you share them or publish them to Explore. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
